Atty. Carlo served at the Judiciary since 2014 and thereafter decided to join the Mendoza Arzaga-Mendoza Law Firm in 2019.
He was among the top 5 students of the Class 2016 of the University of Perpetual Help – College of Law. Additionally, his enthusiasm in the field of writing urged him to serve as the Editor-In-Chief of their Law Journal. During his college days, he also competed at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) as part of the UPHSD Chess Team.
His law practice includes Taxation Law, Corporation Law, Labor Law, and Litigation.
